    I have been holding off meeting my boyfriends family for 10 months now as I thought everything would go wrong and I had panic attacks when he suggested it for the whole 10 months! But I have read up to page 36 of this book and feel this has already helped me. I had to take a birthday cake to his today and instead of giving him the cake and running like a normally would, I told him to get someone else to come get the cake as he would drop it and I actually spoke and met his step mum! I can’t believe I did it and I don’t think I would have without this book! Thank you so much

Will be comforting for anyone reading this book to realise that you are not the only person experiencing this disorder. Thank you for your honestly and genuine advice about how you can live with anxiety and still have a full life.
